"After facing two years of deep personal and family challenges, I turned back to my art to rediscover my voice. Each brushstroke became a reflection of my healing, emotions, and unspoken experiences. My work is more than just abstract..its a visual story of acceptance, overcoming, resilience, beauty, wellness and freedom." - Juicy Queen CoCo

Art has been my way of speaking when i dont have words throughout my life. A visual expression of overcoming and reclaiming power and freedom. I hope my work can inspire others on their own paths to healing, self expression and self-discovery. Through vibrant colors and spirit inspired paint strokes, I’m not just creating art I’m sharing my inner world... inviting you to experience my journey with me.
I work primarily with bold, contrasting colors vibrant purples, calming blues, rich golds that embody different elements of beauty and self-discovery. My use of abstract forms allows for an open interpretation, encouraging viewers to find their own meaning in the abstract nature and beauty of my work. The textures and layering in my pieces give them a sense of depth, symbolizing the complexity of personal experiences and emotions.
I want my art to resonate with people on a personal level, helping them see that beauty can emerge from pain, and that art is a powerful tool for self-expression and healing. Every stroke is intentional, every color has a purpose, and together , my intention is to create a visual narrative that’s as empowering for the viewer as it is for me as the artist.
CoCo’s Professional History
As a Creative Director, Global Tastemaker, abstract artist, and multidisciplinary creative, CoCo Renee’ (artistically known as Juicy Queen CoCo) builds brand identities and high-concept experiential activations from the ground up.
She currently leads the end-to-end creative direction, brand architecture, and strategic business consulting for EVO Kitchen & Co., steering the brand by pairing immersive events, PR strategy, visual direction, and culinary-driven aesthetics with sharp operational structure.
At the core of CoCo’s creative practice is her work as an abstract artist. Through bold color, expressive movement, texture, and layered visual storytelling, her paintings, photography and digital art explore emotion, energy, culture, and the feeling of a place. Her artwork reflects the same instinct that drives her creative direction: transforming inspiration into experiences that feel visually powerful, culturally relevant, and unforgettable. Her original abstract painting is featured in the film Boyz Trip, shot in South Africa.
For CoCo, work and lifestyle are seamlessly intertwined. Driven by a passion for global travel, elevated dining, art, fashion, and high-vibe spaces, her personal appetite for luxury and culture directly informs her creative output—transforming everyday inspirations into world-class brand experiences.
Her track record as an experiential curator launched at New York Fashion Week, directing Camp Couture NYC with Spiegel. In Los Angeles, she served as Art Director for Moby Arts, partnered with The ARTIST Tree, and curated fine art for LisaRaye’s store at the Beverly Center. Blending art, global flavor, and high-energy activations, CoCo founded Art and Afrobeats—an immersive platform spotlighting international talent and creating a dynamic intersection between contemporary art, music, and culture.
A Southern California native, CoCo’s business instincts were forged early as a celebrity hairstylist and owner of Glamour Puss Boutique & Salon in Charlotte, NC. Her career has evolved across beauty, fashion, fine art, hospitality, entertainment, and experiential marketing—giving her a uniquely multidimensional perspective on how culture, creativity, and business come together.
Today, CoCo continues to build at the intersection of art, culture, hospitality, and creative entrepreneurship, using her distinctive visual language and global perspective to create brands, spaces, and experiences that leave a lasting impression.
Brilliant Life Behind Bars was born after two years of silence… two years where I disappeared from the world, drowning in grief, guilt, and shame. My daughter, a survivor of domestic violence, is serving a 4 year sentence, after defending herself and her 4 year old child..my granddaughter in her own home.
For two years, I couldn’t paint. My hands wouldn’t move, my spirit felt trapped just like she was. But one day this past spring, color came back to me. This piece poured out in one unstoppable rush .. bold reds for rage, electric blues for hope, gold for resilience, and light breaking through the darkness.
It’s a reminder that even in the darkest chapters, there’s still brilliance in life. It’s a promise that bars, whether made of steel or pain, cannot cage the human spirit.
I’m selling this original piece, along with limited edition prints and curated merch to raise funds for my daughter’s new beginning when she’s released to help her rebuild, reclaim her life, and step into the future she deserves. A portion of every sale will also go to a domestic violence advocacy group (Adult / Teen Challenge) to help other women and mothers trapped in cycles of abuse find safety and freedom.
When you collect this work, you’re not just buying art you’re standing with survivors. You’re telling the world that healing is possible, justice matters, and no mother, no child, no woman should be left to fight alone.
