Digital Download FAQs


1. How do I download my digital artwork?

Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an email with a link to download your artwork. Simply click the link and follow the instructions to save the file to your device.


2. What file format will the digital artwork be in?

All digital artworks are provided in high-resolution JPEG or PNG formats. These files are suitable for printing at various sizes, up to 24"x24" for high-quality results.


3. Can I print the artwork at home?

Yes! Our digital files are optimized for high-quality printing at home or through professional print services. We recommend using high-quality paper for the best results.


4. What are the recommended print sizes?

For most of our digital art, we recommend print sizes ranging from 8"x10" to 24"x 24" for the highest resolution and quality. You can also scale the artwork to other custom sizes, depending on your preference and space.


5. Can I use the digital artwork for commercial purposes?

No, all digital downloads are for personal use only. You are free to print the artwork for display, but any commercial use, reproduction, or resale of the files is prohibited.


6. How long do I have access to the download?

You will have lifetime access to your digital download, as long as you have the original email with the download link. We recommend saving the files to your computer or cloud storage immediately after purchase.


7. What happens if I lose my download link?

If you lose your download link or experience issues with the download, please contact us at info@juicyqueencoco.com, and we will resend your purchase details.


8. Can I get a refund on digital downloads?

Yes. We have a hassle free 3 day money back guarantee!


9. What if I need a different size or format?

If you need a custom size or a specific file format (such as PDF ) please contact us at info@juicyqueencoco.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.


10. Do I need special software to open the digital file?

No special software is needed. Most computers, tablets, and smartphones can open JPEG or PNG files. However, for printing, you may want to use a photo editing program or print service that supports large-format files.


What is your shipping policy?


For Prints:
We will choose the most cost-effective shipping carrier based on your order and location. Shipping times typically range from 3-5 business days within the U.S. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

Large Size Products & Crating:
Items over 30" on the short side, or 40" in length may require crating at an additional cost. Crating fees will be added to your purchase. Items over 40" shipped flat may require freight shipping. Please allow extra time for freight quotes and delivery.


Shipping Outside the Continental US & Expedited Shipping:
Free shipping is offered for originals and limited editions only. For special requests or expedited shipping, extra charges may apply. For international shipping, additional fees may be required, and tracking information will be provided as soon as possible. We are not responsible for duties and taxes on international orders.


2. What is your policy on returns, exchanges, and refunds for physical art?


All sales are FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your prints arrive damaged, please retain all packaging and contact us at info@juicyqueencoco.com with your order number. You’ll need to provide photos of the damage for insurance claim purposes.

Once orders are processed we cannot cancel .

4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping. Please note that shipping fees will vary based on location, and you will be responsible for any duties or taxes required by your country. Shipping times may also be longer, so allow for additional time to receive your order.


5. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping for originals and limited edition prints within the United States. However, expedited shipping or international shipping will incur additional fees.
